Today kicks off The Heartland Institute’s Third Annual Conference on Climate Change, which aims to highlight the best scientific and economic research in fields pertinent to the climate change debate.  Various Members of Congress and other leaders will be present as well as leading scientists and economists.  The Hispanic Leadership Fund is a co-sponsor of the conference.
