WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Hispanic Leadership Fund announced digital audio campaigns aimed at constituents in Florida and Nevada, shining light on the voting records and positions of current candidates for federal office in each state.  The two campaigns together will result in over 1.3 million voter contacts.

“Hard-working families deserve to know who is promoting and voting for policies that help our communities prosper economically through middle class tax cuts and small business growth, which help families achieve the American Dream,” said HLF’s president Mario H. Lopez.  “And they deserve to know who is standing in the way of those opportunities.”

About the Florida campaign, Lopez continued: “There is no question that the jobs Rick Scott has helped create as Governor in Florida have been a benefit to Hispanics and to all communities in Florida.”

The Nevada ads call attention to U.S. Senate candidate Jack Rosen’s support for increased taxes on working families.  “By voting against tax breaks for working middle class families in Nevada, Jacky Rosen demonstrated that she does not understand how jobs are created and how anxious Nevada Latinos and all families are for genuine economic opportunity,” said Lopez.

The Hispanic Leadership Fund is an advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening working families by promoting common-sense public policy solutions that foster liberty, opportunity, and prosperity for all Americans.
