Today, the Heritage Foundation concluded its annual Resource Bank meeting.  The Hispanic Leadership Fund was present for the two-day conference along with  more than 500 think tank executives, public interest lawyers, policy experts, and elected officials from around the world.  The focus was on issues, strategies, and methods for advancing free market, limited government public policies.
