“It is vital that Justices on the Supreme Court adhere to the Constitution and refrain from putting their own preferences ahead of the law. Judge Kavanaugh has been a defender of our constitutional rights including the second amendment and religious freedom.
During his 28 years of practicing law, Judge Kavanaugh has an exceptional record as a Judge for the D.C. Circuit Court, a clerk for Justice Kennedy and a White House Associate General Counsel under President George W. Bush.
It is unfortunate that Senate Democrats prefer to play politics by predetermining their opposition to the choice before knowing who it was. “
