Throughout her career Jackie has served as a effective liaison between public, private, and nonprofit entities, and has built a strong reputation for building a coalitions on high profile and complex issues combining her passion for diversity and Hispanic inclusion, public relations, advocacy, and community development. Jackie has advised Fortune 100 company clients on a range of technology, telecommunications, tax, and utilities issues and has been a dedicated advocate for economic progress by empowering communities with technology and digital literacy. Jackie participated in the National Association for Minorities in Communications (NAMIC) Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and completed her undergraduate work at American University. As part of her work to expand opportunity to all communities, Jackie proudly serves on a variety of corporate advisory councils and boards with several national organizations. Hey professional experience includes developing strategic alliances with public affairs firm DCI Group, Director of Development & Corporate Relations at the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute, and Corporate Communications & External Affairs at Dell, Inc. Currently, Jackie is the executive director for external affairs at Comcast. She lives in Washington, DC with her family.
