Yesterday about 75 prominent individuals from politics and government celebrated the launch of the Hispanic Leadership Fund.  Held at the offices of high-powered Washington, DC firm K&L Gates, the rooftop reception was headlined by Luis G. Fortuno, who represents Puerto Rico in the United States Congress.  Among those present were several white House and administration officials, Capitol Hill and campaign veterans, and leaders representing several conservative think tanks, advocacy, and grassroots organizations.
